. Files are uncompressed and simply need to be renamed. Note, some ROMs may be missing assets that the emulator injects during play, such as licensed music.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection[]
Use this tool (GitHub). For input, direct it to the game's assets.pie, and the output will be in .zip format so name it accordingly. The ROMs will be included in the roms/Nintendo/SNES folder of the outputted .zip. They are in .bin format and can be renamed to .sfc to work.
