If getting a ROM isn't as straight forward as downloading a file, getting certain ready to go files from an installation directory, etc., this is where their extraction methods will be listed.

Super Hunchback[]
If you installed both Steam and the game in the default folders, the ROM is the file game (no extension) in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Super Hunchback\res. Add the .gb extension by renaming the file for best compatibility with emulators.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection[]
Use this tool (GitHub). For input, direct it to the game's assets.pie, and the output will be in .zip format so name it accordingly. The ROMs will be included in the roms/Nintendo/GameBoy folder of the outputted .zip. They are in .bin format and can be renamed to .gb to work.
